AutoChamps is pleased to welcome you as an authorized retailer and is

GENERAL:
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Not responsible for typographical errors.
• Possession of our jobber sheet or catalog does not constitute an
agreement to sell nor does it automatically qualify the holder for the
printed prices.
• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Occasionally some items may become out of stock, Please check
with our sales department before ordering.
TERMS OF SALE:
• C.O.D (Money Order, Cashier Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express) unless open account has been arranged.
• For open accounts “2% 10 Net 30” with approved credit.
• Company checks are only acceptable after approved credit
application.
• Returned checks are subject to $25.00 service charge
• For new customers first three transactions are C.O.D. No
exceptions.
• COD orders refused by any account will terminate your ordering
status.
• A copy of Business/Resale license is required from all customers.
• Minimum order is $500.00, Discounts available for volume buyers
over $500.00
FREIGHT:
• All quotes are FOB AutoChamps West-Hempstead, NY warehouse.
• All shipping charges are responsibility of customer & will be added
to final invoice or collected by carrier at the time of delivery.
SHORTAGE/DAMAGES:
• Short-Shipped goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt;
thereafter no claims will be allowed.
• Damage claims must be made directly with the carrier.
WARRANTY & RETURNS:
• All AutoChamps products are warranted to be free from
manufacturing defect in material and workmanship for 120 days.
• Returns & exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of shipment
with a valid Return Authorization Number.
• A return authorization number must be obtained and an
AutoChamps return form must be completed.
• All returns must be unused and in original packing. Any item that
has been pre-installed or modified in any way will not be eligible for
credit or refund.
• All returns must be sent freight prepaid. No C.O.D or collect
shipments will be accepted.
DISCLAIMER:
• Some of our products are for off-road or show purpose use only
and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways, Condition
includes different certification and/or approval required for certain
products.
• It is customer’s responsibility to check with law enforcement
agencies prior to buying or installing.
• Universal fit items are not necessarily suitable for all applications
